Over the past 5 years ( through thousands upon thousands of conversations nationally )we have identified a few truths that as suppliers and clients we are, at times, seemingly at odds, (despite mutual respect), and progress doesn’t come easy. However, we also learned a few new things.
Those conversations with our e-bike community about what they’re really thinking, feeling, and doing has highlighted many things.
And the overriding message is simple. We love consistent change. Deliver evolving quality along with innovative and creative change!

I would like to thank all of you who soldiered through as we quizzed you about your life with e-bikes, got nosy with personal questions, and wondered how your needs could be creatively achieved . Creativity is a tough thing to pin down, but we’d like to think we have done better or differently.
