WARRANTY & RETURNS

All Blade products are covered by the following warranties:

1. 12months (1 year) on all electronic components.
2. Minimum 10 Years on the Frame.
3. 2 Years on the Battery.
4. 1-2 Years on components, depending on type and brand (please consult Blade prior to sale).
5. General manufacturers warranty on all additional accessories.
6. Should you receive damaged goods, inform Blade immediately and arrangements will be made to return and replace the bike.
7. Returns completed within 7 days are the responsibility of Blade. Beyond this point the customer is responsible.

Should the customer replace or remove any component without the agreement of a Blade technician the warranty is null & void.
